Fishing on the flats off Key West

Winter is wonderful. Cooler air temperatures means cooler water temperatures. All the things which the barracuda and jack crevalles love. The weather has been cool , but we’ve had good sky for sight fishing the last handful of days.
Happy to report lots of barracudas on the flats. That is a recipe which makes for a day filled with high energy and quality strikes at well placed tube lure or fly.
