Is it winter time fishing in Key West.?

Report Date: December 20, 2012

FIshing the last few days had been nothing short of spectacular.
Lots of permit around. We captured on yesterday, that bottomed out the scale on a 30pound boga grip. SHARKS~ plenty......they are definitely a fun target this time of year. Barracuda fishing has not been great, we just need a good puff of northwind to cool down the water temp, and they will be showing up on the flats in greater numbers. Tarpon? We jumped a tarpon on 3 out of the last five charters this week. Fising has been super duper.
Plenty of good fishing for fly rod or spin. Pick a target and try to go capture.
Get down here.
Lets go fish.
