looking for great fishing? Fish Key West

February fishing in Key West, is it really winter time. My customer and I had some great fishing on the flats off Key West this month. The good new about the lower keys in the winter is that there are times when the fishing is like no other place on earth. Many days spent chasing those laid up spring time tarpon. Laid up tarpon is truly a fly fisherman’s paradise. Super duper actions throwing tubes lure at Barracuda, many fish caught over 20lbs. The permit are still up to there usual tricks trying to beat us at the game, however, quite a few times I had some customer succeed at the game and get one boat side for a picture and a nice quick safe release. Even found a few snook lurking about the flats while fishing a few trick locations.
Don’t get left out of Tarpon dates and summer Bonefish dates, they are going fast.
